“WOW!!!  THANK YOU! It is rare to find such determined, thorough, and committed people. I truly don’t have to worry when I hand something over to you and Jill. That is a rarity in today’s world. I usually always have to follow up and be a complete pain….You folks are skilled. It is a complete honor and joy to do business with you.”

Enjoy these whole house renovations and see how we can transform your home to better fit your life.

This renovation included removing walls between the kitchen and formal dining room, adding french sliding doors in the great room, and giving facelifts to the bathrooms, staircase, and laundry room. All the doors and trim were retrofitted with a modern farmhouse flair.

Unique features of this remodel included:

  • Double kitchen islands with a convection cooktop

  • French sliding doors in the great room

  • Sliding barn doors on the pantry

  • New fireplace mantle using a reclaimed wood timber

  • Updated lighting throughout the house

  • Matte black hardware throughout the fixtures

Enjoy our amazing before and after transformations.

We're so excited to share the final looks.

  • Replaced bulky built-in with freestanding tub

  • Created a focal point by adding textured tile on a feature wall behind tub

  • Expanded shower by eliminating bench

  • Raised up showerhead for additional height and added body jets

  • Added upper cabinets for additional storage / to give height to the room

  • Custom-built mirrors (floating in raw-steel frames) to fill two walls

  • Dated built-ins were asymmetrical, with TV forced to sit at an awkward angle in the corner

  • Removed wet bar, protruding lower cabinet and hearth to open up that end of the room

  • Changed center wall dimensions in order to accommodate a linear fireplace

  • Used a unique ventilation system to ensure the heat of the fireplace bypasses the TV and doesn't damage the electronics

  • Took stone up the center to enhance the height of the room.

  • Added chunky floating shelves to either side with lighting.

  • We expanded the island to accommodate more seating, added an under-counter beverage fridge, installed pull out trash and recycling storage.

  • Fresh white quartz countertops, crisp white subway tile, and a bright pop of blue add character to the space.

  • An induction cooktop on the island ensures no little hands get burnt while seated.

  • Added a picture window to maximize the mountain view

  • Removed a side window to accommodate stovetop shield and hood

  • Relocated fridge and partition to optimize the view and improve flow into the dining area

  • Neutral glass tile backsplash carried up to the ceiling adds texture and sheen

  • Stainless steel apron sink centered on the picture window

  • Hardwoods a mix of brown and grey tones in a matte finish to give contrasting warmth and texture

  • Homeowners were tired of their white cabinets and wanted a warmer mountain feel

  • Opened the kitchen to the great room to improve flow

  • Removed soffits and took the cabinets up to the ceiling to accentuate the height of the room

  • Adding wood cabinets, natural stone countertops, glass tile accents, and state of the art appliances allowed us to modernize the space while keeping ti elegant and cozy

  • Sanding and restaining the wood floors helped tie the feel of the room together
